Return Policy:

REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS:

  • If you're not totally in love with Javvy, we will refund you 100% within 30 days of delivery of your order. Email us at support@javvycoffee.com to let us know and our team will help you out!
  • If it's not your first order and you've experienced an issue please reach out to our team at support@javvycoffee.com and they will help get things sorted.

LOST ORDERS/DAMAGED ORDERS:

If your tracking shows as delivered, but you can't find your package we recommend doing the following:

  • Give it a little extra time! Many times carriers accidentally mark as delivered when the package is still in transit, in these instances the package usually gets delivered in 1-3 days.
  • Be sure to check all possible locations of delivery around your address.
  • Reach out to your local post office.

If you still have been unsuccessful in getting your package after 7 days of the tracking information showing as delivered, please reach out to us at support@javvycoffee.com our team will be more than happy to help!

RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT:

  • If something isn't quite right with your order please reach out to us at support@javvycoffee.com and our team will help you out!
  • We ask that you reach out within 15 days of receiving your order to receive a reshipment, so make sure to unpack your Javvy as soon as you get it!

RETURN SHIPPING:

  • You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs associated with your return. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
  • PLEASE NOTE: All returns must be approved by our customer service department; refunds will not be provided for items returned to this address without approval. There are no exceptions.
